Do I need to make ear impressions to buy your products?
If you are a first-time customer, you must make ear impressions. We recommend that you contact an audiologist/expert with many years of experience so the impressions become as good as possible. Send the impressions to us and we will 3D scan them free of charge*. If you already have a custom-molded product, you don't need to make ear impressions again. Send your custom-molded product to us, and we will 3D scan it (see our webshop for price). We then send it back with what you have ordered from us. *) Does not apply if the impressions are requested for return.

Why don't you sell more In-Ear headphones/headsets?
We only sell the unique BSE-10 that we are alone in offering, otherwise we only offer custom-molded accessories for headphones/headsets that you would find cheaper elsewhere. It becomes too expensive to stock a larger range of headphones/headsets.
Do your products fit any In-Ear headphones/headsets?
Yes, you can choose almost any brand and model. It's easiest if standard tips (XS, S, M, L, XL) are included from the start. You should avoid the cheapest headphones. Mid-range and up, however, gives you full value for the investment of a custom-molded product. If your headphones/headsets are not among the headphones/headsets we have connection measurements for, you get a 20% discount* when you send them to us for measurement. How does TuneSound™System work?
TuneSound™System is only offered for earplugs for In-Ear headphones/headsets. You choose model Superior or Superior PRO when ordering on our webshop. Your earplugs will then be constructed with an extra damping channel that connects to the larger sound channel. In the damping channel, you press in a small tube with a certain damping determined by its smallest hole diameter or music filter (PRO). There are 6 variants with different diameters and a plug without a hole for maximum damping or 4 music filters (PRO). The more damping, the fuller the bass. You can easily change tubes/plugs by pressing out what's in there with, for example, a toothpick via the sound channel. If you're going out running in the city, it's safest to reduce the damping so you can hear traffic too.
What is Cavicon™Canal?
In traditional manufacturing, the earplug's sound channel is drilled by hand after molding. 3D printing technology instead makes it possible to form the Cavicon™Canal sound channel in CAD* software before molding. The Cavicon™Canal sound channel is adapted so it follows the ear canal's shape and becomes as large as possible (only model Superior and Superior PRO). The result is a flexible thin-walled tube that gives the earplug optimal comfort and high-quality sound reproduction. *) Computer Aided Design.
When will I receive my products?
Currently, the delivery time* is approximately 10 working days, but our company name commits us. HYPƐAR combines precision 3D printing technology with traditional craftsmanship. Our 3D printing technology gives us the opportunity to strive for the goal of 3-4 working days. (With traditional manufacturing, you can expect to wait about 3-4 weeks) *) Postage 1-2 days additional.
What happens if I'm not completely satisfied with your products?
According to distance selling law, there is no right of withdrawal for our custom-molded products.
We still want to do everything we can so that our customers feel they have made a safe purchase and become satisfied.
