Purchase Terms

These purchase terms ("Agreement" below) are adapted for Internet sales (distance selling). Ilicon AB (Organization number: 556965-9005) is the selling party. The purchasing party is referred to as "Customer" in this agreement. The terms of the Agreement are adapted for sales to private individuals who have reached 18 years of age and to businesses domiciled in Sweden and for the sale of goods ("products" below).

At Ilicon AB you order products easily and conveniently. We offer secure payment options and safe deliveries. Ilicon AB receives your order when you click the "Pay (PayPal)" button at checkout (step 4 of 4).

Prices are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) including value-added tax (VAT) according to applicable tax rates. VAT for VAT-liable products is charged at 25%. Fees for shipping and payment may apply to each order.

All products offered on the website are adapted for use on the Swedish market. This means, among other things, that the products meet Swedish environmental requirements and safety regulations.

Invoice payment: Ilicon AB offers customers to pay by invoice with 30 days payment period, an invoice fee of 40 SEK applies per purchase. Card payment with PayPal: Ilicon AB offers card payment via our payment partner PayPal.

Ilicon AB begins performance of this agreement when you have paid for your order or when an invoice has been created.

Products are delivered directly to the address you provided when ordering, or via agent in cooperation with our logistics partners. Shipping costs: Letter shipping costs 30 SEK including VAT. Registered letter shipping costs 80 SEK including VAT. Free shipping on orders over 1500 SEK.

Customers who enter into this agreement as private individuals have the right to withdraw from the agreement in accordance with the Distance Contracts Act. The right of withdrawal applies for 14 days. 30-day open purchase is offered for 30 days from when the product was delivered to you. 30-day fit guarantee (up to 3 rounds) - Fit guarantee is offered for 30 days from when a custom-molded product was delivered to you.

A customer who has purchased a product as a private individual has the right to complain about the product if it is defective according to the Consumer Purchase Act. The right to complain covers original defects and applies for 3 years from when the customer received the product.

When returning products or materials to Ilicon AB, the products must be packaged in such a way that they are protected during transport. Return address: Ilicon AB, Swedenborgsgatan 52, 55448 Jönköping, Sweden.

All products are subject to retention of title until the customer has fulfilled their obligations under this agreement.

In the event of government action or omission, new legislation, labor conflict, war or threat of war, major disruption of public order, sabotage, extreme weather conditions, fire, explosion, natural disaster, accident or other circumstance outside Ilicon AB's control, Ilicon AB shall have the right to withdraw from its obligations under this Agreement.

Information such as personal data or other information or part of documents that the customer provides to Ilicon AB will be stored and processed in digital format. Ilicon AB is responsible for ensuring that the data is stored and processed in accordance with the Personal Data Act.

Ilicon AB routinely reports all fraud, fraud attempts and abuse orders to the police. All material published on the website, including software, logos, sound files, trademarks and text & images are protected by intellectual property rights.
