30-day fit guarantee up to 3 rounds

We remake your custom-molded earplugs if they don't fit perfectly. Contact us and explain what's wrong within 30 days of receiving them.

We send new adjusted plugs that you compare with the old ones.

If you're still not satisfied after the 3rd adjustment attempt, you can cancel the purchase.

1-year warranty against manufacturing and material defects

All products are covered by a one-year warranty against manufacturing and material defects from the delivery date.

Does not apply to wear, discoloration, damage due to careless use or self-modification of the product.
